Keller “Kelly” Allen is a graduate of Gonzaga Law School, and is the founder of the Law Firm of Keller W. Allen, P.C., a labor and employment law firm based in Spokane, Washington. Kelly is admitted to practice in the states of Washington and Idaho, and has been in practice for 23 years.
Kelly’s practice focuses on representing management in labor and employment litigation and advice matters. He represents many Fortune 500, regional and local businesses and public sector entities in his practice. Kelly has handled and tried numerous high-profile employment discrimination cases.
Kelly was elected as a Fellow to the College of Labor & Employment Lawyers in 2010 — the first from Eastern Washington elected by his peers across the United States. He is AV rated by Martindale-Hubbell, and is listed in the Best Lawyers in America for Litigation- Labor and Employment Law.

Kelly is co-author with David K. Dewolf of two treatises published by Thomson Reuters: Washington Contract Law (Vol. 25) and Practice and Washington Tort Law and Practice (Vol. 16). Kelly has taught Federal Jurisdiction at Gonzaga Law School for over 12 years as an adjunct.
Kelly is a frequent speaker at employment law seminars throughout the Northwest. He has spoken at over 125 employment law seminars in his career, including the prestigious Pacific Coast Labor and Employment Law Conference. He has served as Legal Counsel to the Northwest Human Resources Management Association (NHRMA) since 2002.
