Barbieri Courtroom,
721 N Cincinnati St
Spokane, WA 99202 United States

Join the incredible cast of local and national faculty who will be speaking on new and important topics affecting IP practitioners. The two morning seminars will be patent focused and include a review of recent cases and issues that every patent attorney (and IP practitioners that deal with patents) should know, and a seminar on tips and tricks for effective patent preparation and prosecution. After a break for lunch, the afternoon session will include a discussion of copyright from the entertainment law perspective, trademark importance of generic top-level domains, how the inter partes review revolution is affecting IP portfolios, and an ethics discussion on IP-centric issues relating to prospective, current, and former clients.
