Orientation Community Service Project

August 22, 2013 @ 1:00 pm - 4:00 pm

Join the Law School staff, faculty, and students for our annual
1L Orientation Community Service Project

The entire Gonzaga community is welcome to assist.

This year we will be helping our neighbors at

Spokane Community Warehouse

Meet in the Law School lobby at 12:30 for the short walk to the Community Warehouse

The Warehouse was founded in 2008 in response to the lack of furniture for families moving out of homeless shelters. Today the Warehouse provides essential household furniture to low-income individuals and families in Spokane. By providing a community hub to recycle household items, the Spokane Community Warehouse helps to meet tangible needs of low-income individuals and families throughout Spokane in a way that promotes personal dignity and self-sufficiency. Donations are never sold to recipients; they are given freely to those in need. Recognizing that donors, receivers, volunteers and staff are all part of this community of giving, the Warehouse creates connectedness in our stewardship of resources.

Please RSVP to Catherine Brown at brownc@lawschool.gonzaga.edu.
