| First-year students participate in a public service event at the Second Harvest Food Bank. |
At its heart, our system of law is about creating a just society. At its best, the practice of law is a tremendous force for good.
To help every student understand the responsibility associated with the practice, we expect all graduates to complete a service requirement.
By the time you graduate, you will have been expected to perform 30 hours of public service. You may donate your time doing traditional pro bono work, or you may choose another direction. Your options and more information can be found under the Registrar link in Academic Programs.
