SOVA (Victim's Advocacy)
SOVA is the Student Organization for Victim's Advocacy
- SOVA strives to educate the GU law school community on the realities of domestic violence in Spokane and in the U.S.
- We donate time and effort to women's shelters in Spokane, as well as coordinate an after-school program with the YWCA.
- We have collections for Thanksgiving and Christmas, as well as food and clothing drives throughout the school year.
Annual Activities
- YWCA Adopt-a-Child Christmas project (SOVA works in conjunction with the local YWCA to bring Christmas to underprivileged children and their families in our community.)
