The Gonzaga Center for Professional Development coordinates both on and off-campus interviews. These interview programs help employers easily find qualified students to fill internship and employment positions, while providing students with an easier way to connect with possible employers.
The On-Campus Interview program collects student applications and resumes, and provides time and space for employer interviews on campus.
All applications will be sent to registered employers electronically one month before the selected interview date. Employers may access application materials and make interview selections via the Employer interface in Symplicity. Employers may specify hiring criteria, applicant materials, and interview schedules. Schedules from half-day to multiple full day schedules are available.
Employers will receive student application materials on a rolling basis. Candidate selections are due at least 7 business days prior to your interview dates.
Our office is available to coordinate student and alumni interviews at your office throughout the year. Annually, the Gonzaga Center for Professional Development also organizes student interview events for employers in Portland and Seattle. Employers may specify hiring criteria, applicant materials, and position information. The Center for Professional Development will forward student applications, and employers can identify which students they would like to interview. During the On-Site Interview day, employers may interview selected students either in our local office location or at their office location.
The Center for Professional Development will coordinate videoconferencing interviews for employers to interview students or alumni throughout the year. Please contact our office and allow at least 1 week to handle logistics.
