Biographical Information
Professor McNeil taught special education for four years before entering the legal profession. He is committed to assisting people who need legal guidance, while training future lawyers to be sensitive, effective advocates. Professor McNeil has been teaching law for 34 years.

- 2001-Present, focuses on defending Consumers from unlawful practices in federal and state courts as well as appeal courts
- 2006-2011, sponsored Annual Consumer Law Conference at Gonzaga Law School. Conference trains attorneys to identify and litigate consumer issues
