Biographical Information
Tamara W. Murock is the founding principle of the Law Office of Tamara W. Murock, PLLC. She grew up in Butte, Montana, and then attended Gonzaga University in Spokane, Washington. She graduated cum laude from Gonzaga University in 1993, and magna cum laude from Gonzaga University School of Law in 1996. After graduating from law school and passing the Washington State Bar Examination, she obtained her LL.M. in Taxation (Masters in Taxation) from the University of Washington in 1997.
Tamara began practicing law in Spokane, Washington, in 1997, and during the course of her practice has focused on matters involving taxation, wills, trusts and guardianships, estate planning, probate and estate settlement, real estate and land use, business and corporate law, commercial and business transactions, and other general legal matters.
Tamara is a member of the Washington State Bar Association Tax Section; the Idaho Bar Association; the Montana Bar Association Business, Estates, Trusts, Tax and Real Property Section; the Spokane County Bar Association, and the Spokane Estate Planning Council. She is admitted to practice before all courts of the states of Washington, Idaho, and Montana, the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Washington, and the United States Tax Court.
