Steve Faust is a Spokane attorney with twenty-five years experience in business law and litigation, including ten years as a partner in the Paine Hamblen law firm, and three years as General Counsel and Vice President of ReliOn, Inc. Steve started the Faust Law Firm in 2003 and maintains a solo law practice representing small business clients, non-profits, technology oriented firms and start-ups. He is also an adjunct professor and the Director of the Business Law Clinic at Gonzaga Law School, which provides a variety of transactional services to non-profits and entrepreneurs of moderate means.
In addition to maintaining his law practice, Steve serves on the board of directors of the Friends of the Falls Association and the Inland Northwest Business Alliance and is corporate counsel to Spokane Urban Ministries, a developer of low-income housing in Spokane’s West Central neighborhood. In 2009, Steve received a Distinguished Leadership Award from the Community Leadership Association for his work on the annual Spokane River Clean Up. Steve is a 1985 graduate of the University of Oregon School of Law, where he was awarded the Order of the Coif. His undergraduate degree is in Economics with High Honors from the University of Montana.
