Dr. Robert Keiter will be giving a presentation on the law and policy underlying climate change on February 22, 2013, at noon in room 143. Dr. Keiter received his J.D. with honors from Northwestern University and his B.A. with honors from Washington University. He has taught at the University of Wyoming, Boston College, Southwestern University, and is currently is a professor of law at the Quinney College of Law at the University of Utah.
