The Gonzaga Law Review encourages development of the law through scholarly criticism and analysis. For more than 45 years, it has published articles on the most current legal issues, providing a dependable research tool for practitioners and academicians. The Law Review is held in high esteem by local and national communities, and is a member of the National Conference of Law Reviews.

Except as otherwise provided, Gonzaga Law Review permits copies of all articles to be used for classroom use under the following conditions:
