Biographical Information
Former trial attorney, Internal Revenue Service, Office of Chief Counsel and District Counsel, Washington, D.C. and Seattle, Washington, and in private practice. Active in American Bar Association Section on Taxation and the Washington State Bar Section on Taxation. Member, Washington State Bar Continuing Legal Education Board. Frequent speaker throughout the U.S. for bar associations and CPA societies. Recipient, Washington CPA Society's Outstanding Discussion Leader Award. Currently of counsel, Workland & Witherspoon, PLLC, Spokane, WA. Member, Idaho and Washington Bars.
