Biographical Information
Former dean, Gonzaga University School of Law and professor since 1952. Staff member, National Association of Railroad and Utilities Commissioners, District of Columbia, and the Federal Communications Commission. Private practice as municipal bond attorney. Author, seven volumes of Washington Practice. Member, Washington Pattern Jury Instructions Committee, the Judicial Council of Washington, and the Law Review Commission of Washington.
