Biographical Information
Taught at Columbia University before appointment as lecturer at the University of Ghana. Founding professor of law and principal of the Institute of Public Administration of the University of Malawi, and principal of the Staff Training College for the Malawi government, Republic of Malawi, Africa. Former chairman of the Malawi Law Society. Written and published extensively in the area of African law.
