Biographical Information
Former dean of the School of Law (1991-2001).
Senior vice president and general counsel of Boise Cascade Corporation for 23 years prior to his appointment as dean.
Previously served as a member and chair of the Gonzaga University Board of Trustees, member of Gonzaga University Board of Regents, member and chair of the Idaho Task Force on Higher Education, director of the National Judicial College, director of the American Judicature Society, director of the American Corporate Counsel Association, and member of the National Foreign Trade Council, Trustee of the Legal Foundation of Washington, as well as member or director of numerous other organizations, including Hecla Mining Company, Jundt Growth Fund, Inc., Jundt Funds, Inc,. American Eagle Funds, Inc.
Currently serves as Trustee emeritus of the Gonzaga University Board of Trustees, director RealResume Corporation, member of the American Bar Association, Washington State Bar Association, Federal Bar Association, and American Law Institute.
