Biographical Information
Chris Lynch has been an adjunct teaching Intellectual Property at Gonzaga since 1991. He teaches Advanced Intellectual Property and has coached the school's Saul Lefkowitz National Trademark Moot Court teams.
Prof. Lynch is a partner in the Technology/Intellectual Property department at Foster Pepper, PLLC. His practice includes licensing and litigation of intellectual property matters, with a special emphasis on multi-party consortia and technical standards organizations.
Prof. Lynch has argued in federal courts in Washington, Oregon, California, Idaho, Montana, Utah, and the District of Columbia. He is licensed with the United States Patent and Trademark Office and leads the Trademark Practice Group at Foster Pepper.
He speaks throughout the Northwest on intellectual property at CLEs and seminars.
