Biographical Information
Mr. Kuhling has been an adjunct professor at G.U. Law since 1996.
Prof.. Kuhling is a 1977 cum laude graduate of Gonzaga School of Law. He started as a first year law clerk at Paine-Hamblen, became an Associate in 1977 and was admitted to the partnership in 1980. Until recently Mr. Kuhling chaired the firms litigation department. His practice for more than 25 years has been limited to litigation. He has litigated and tried a wide range of complex commercial and personal injury cases and provides pro bono services through the State's legal aid clinics. He has lectured frequently on litigation topics.
