Biographical Information

Professor Drew returned to his hometown of Spokane in 2005 after retiring from the U.S. Department of Justice, Tax Division in Washington, D.C.  At the Department of Justice he handled multi-million dollar cases involving all areas of federal taxation.  He received his J.D. from the University of Washington and his LL.M. (Taxation) from the Georgetown University Law Center.
