National Black Prosecutors Association 27th Annual Conference
The National Black Prosecutors Association (NBPA) cordially invites you to participate in our Annual Job Fair on Tuesday, July 20, 2010, at the InterContinental Mark Hopkins Hotel, San Francisco, California. The goal of the NBPA Job Fair is to promote diversity in prosecutors’ offices by providing a forum where law students, recent law graduates, and experienced attorneys from across the nation can meet and interview with prospective prosecutorial employers at the local, state, and federal levels.

NAPABA-Prudential 2010 Summer Internship Program
The National Asian Pacific American Bar Association (NAPABA) is pleased to announce a partnership with Prudential Financial, Inc. (Prudential) to provide a meaningful summer internship opportunity to a highly-motivated first-year law student. Through this partnership, NAPABA will select a student to join the 2010 summer law intern class at Prudential for an 11-week internship at Prudential's offices in Newark, New Jersey for a stipend of approximately $8,500. Spokane County Bar Association Diversity Section 1L Summer Internship Program
The Spokane County Bar Association Diversity Section 1L Summer Internship Program is designed to provide summer clerkship opportunities for minority first-year law students from Gonzaga University School of law. The program is based on the National Minority Clerkship Program, which was designed and endorsed by the American Bar Association Commission on Opportunities for Minorities in the Profession.
Early in the spring semester the Office of Career Services provides details to all first-year students regarding participating employers and the application process.
Law Firm Programs
Every year, a number of firms in the Pacific Northwest sponsor 1L Minority/Diversity summer programs as part of their diversity efforts. The details for each of the programs vary slightly however each program includes a paid position for the summer, and some also include a scholarship. Northwest Minority Job Fair
The Northwest Minority Job Fair is held each fall in Seattle, Washington.
The Northwest Minority Job Fair's mission is to foster access to employment opportunities for historically underrepresented persons in the practice of law and to provide a networking forum for legal employers and minority law students. Based upon the original purpose of the Job Fair and limited resources, the focus of our mission is ethnic minorities.
