Our Commitment
The Gonzaga community is committed to the intellectual development of all students. This commitment is grounded in the context of our mission to promote faith, service, ethics, leadership and justice, and is reflected in the fullness of our community.
- The Law School Clinic is actively involved in the legal community through representation of individuals marginalized by society due to poverty and discrimination.
- The majority of law students at Gonzaga are involved in various student organizations (i.e., The Hispanic Law Caucus, The Black Law Students Association, ACLU, Amnesty International, Children's Advocacy Association, The Multi-Cultural Law Caucus, Sexual Orientation Diversity Alliance)
- These organizations educate others within the community about different cultures, address legal issues that affect minority groups, and communicate with prospective applicants about Gonzaga and our mission.
Diversity Action Committee
The School of Law Diversity Action Committee:
- Consists of faculty, staff, and students working together to encourage the celebration and exploration of the various forms of cultural and social diversity.
- Encourages and promotes opportunities for that exploration within the Gonzaga community.
