Financial Aid
You should arrange your financial aid prior to arriving on campus. Financial Aid personnel will be available to deal with any remaining Financial Aid issues and to issue checks.

Student Identification Cards

If you previously submitted electronically a picture of yourself for your Gonzaga student identification card, your ID will be available for pick-up along with your financial aid check (if any).  If you have not previously submitted a picture, you will need to have your picture taken on main campus, in College Hall, Room 024. You may go there any time during normal business hours on Thursday, August 19. ID cards for those students whose picture is taken on Thursday will be available for pick-up at the Law School’s financial aid office beginning at 9:00 a.m., Tuesday, August 24.

which is organized according to the first letter of your last name.

Parking Permits
If you have not done so already, you should also obtain a parking pass for your car. Parking passes can be obtained from the security office, in the basement of Welch Hall. You will need your license plate number, your Gonzaga student ID number, and cash, check, or credit card to pay the $65 fee.

Locker Rentals
Lockers are available for rental from the Gonzaga SBA for $10 for the whole school year. Lockers are available on a first-come-first-served basis, and can be rented on Thursday, August 19, 2010, from 8:45 a.m.-12:30 p.m. in the law school foyer. If you have any questions, please email Jenny Stash.

Optional Public Service Activity at Second Harvest Food Bank

1:00 - 4:00 p.m.

Join your fellow students to help sort and pack produce, food-drive or bulk-food items in preparation for delivery to our emergency food outlets. Volunteer opportunity is limited to 30 people, so if you would like to participate please RSVP to Susan Harmon.
