Advanced Evidence Seminar

This seminar is designed to give students an additional opportunity to apply the knowledge they acquired in the Evidence course. A large part of the seminar is devoted to trial simulations in which the students argue points of evidence based on a pre-arranged record of documents, other exhibits, and testimony. Video tapes of skilled lawyers and simulated trial transcripts will also be used. Considerable emphasis will be place on the foundation that must be laid for various types of evidence.
