Advanced Corporate Law Seminar

This course may explore various topics in corporate/securities law such as financial and accounting issues, corporate governance, securities litigation, and white collar criminal prosecution. Coverage will usually emphasize such matters that are of current importance in the business world and will examine the social and economic policies for the rules discussed. Students will be given wide latitude to choose a topic for their papers, which will account for a large share of their grade.
