The Business Law Concentration requires that you:

  • Complete 20 Business Law credits
  • Complete a directed research project on an issue of Business Law
  • Maintain at least a 3.0 in these courses:
    • Agency & Partnership
    • Bankruptcy
    • Corporations
    • Creditors' Rights
    • Taxation of Individual Income
  • Obtain five credits from the following courses, selected from at least two of the four blocks:

For this purpose, all courses taken from these lists will be deemed taken for the concentration.

Remember: If you plan to pursue a concentration, you are expected during your sixth semester to submit a Concentration Declaration Form to the Registrar's Office.
