How to Use Zagweb

Please read all the instructions below and follow them carefully. If you have not yet registered with Zagweb, see the directions below.

1. Go to Zagweb
2. Click on Enter Secure Area
3. Enter your:
   •  ID Number (Social Security Number or Gonzaga-generated ID Number on your student ID card)
   • Personal Identification Number (PIN). You received your PIN in your acceptance packet when you were admitted to Gonzaga Law School. If you have lost or misplaced your PIN:
     • Enter your Social Security Number or your Gonzaga-assigned ID number and click on Forgot Pin.
     • When prompted, answer the security question you selected when you registered with Zagweb.
       If you can’t remember the answer to your security question, come to the Registrar’s Office and we will reset your PIN for you.
       
     • Reset your six-digit PIN.
   • If you have NEVER signed on to Zagweb before, please see statement at the end of these instructions.
     1. Once you are signed onto Zagweb, click on “Student & Financial Aid.”
     2. Click on “Registration.”
     3. If you know the CRN’s of the courses for which you want to register, click on “Add/drop Classes”
     4. If you do not know the CRN’s of your courses, click on “Look up Classes to Add.” Courses can be searched by Subject, Course Number, Title, Instructor, Start Time, End Time, or Days.
     5. Select courses and add to worksheet.
     6. After you have selected the courses you wish to add, click on “Submit Changes.”
     7. If you have printer capabilities, you may print your schedule by selecting “Student Schedule by Day and Time” at the bottom of the “Look-up Classes to Add” page, or via the registration menu.

     8. When you have finished a Zagweb session, click the “Exit” button in the upper right-hand corner of your screen. This will clear confidential information from your cache, and then exit the browser normally.
        NOTE: Using the “Back” button or the “Menu” option will not clear your cache.

If You've Never Registered

If you have never logged onto Zagweb, you must set up your Login Verification Security Question and Answer.

Once you have entered your User ID (Social Security Number or Gonzaga-generated ID number) and entered your PIN, click on "Login." The Login Verification Security Question and Answer screen will appear.

Select a question that will be easy to remember -- i.e. your dog’s name, your mother’s maiden name, your all-time favorite movie, your favorite sports team or athlete, the street you grew up on.

Enter the answer to the question and click on "Submit." You should now be able to continue.

If you have lost or misplaced your PIN and cannot login following these instructions, come to the Registrar’s Office. We can reset your PIN.
