Prerequisites: All first-year courses:
Evidence, Constitutional Law I & II, and Family Law

Offered

This course supplements the Family Law course for students wishing to obtain additional experience with family law proceedings. The course uses class problems and simulation exercises involving a variety of economic and parenting issues that arise in the context of divorce. Emphasis will be placed on interviewing, negotiation, and motion practice. Each student may also choose a particular area of interest for purposes of short papers. Class size is limited.
