About the Registrar's Office

The Registrar’s Office, which is located on the second floor of the law school, provides information about:

• Law School Transcripts

  The Registrar's Office also provides graduates with their transcripts, both official and unofficial. Details

  Academic policies and procedures
• The academic calendar
• Class schedules
• Registration
• Room scheduling
• Enrollment verifications
• Degree audits

We also handle final examinations (this includes providing special accommodations to learning disabled students), maintain a system of blind grading, oversee the entry of all final grades and are the official custodian of all student academic records.

We prepare certifications (character and fitness, transcripts, etc.) for the state bar in all states.

We place new first-year students into their respective first-year courses and assist with commencement preparation and the graduation process. We aid in providing faculty, staff and administration with data for reports and planning, such as the preparation of the annual ABA questionnaires and statistics regarding graduate performance on the bar examinations.

Spring Semester Grades

Spring Semester 2012 Grades are due at 12:00 Noon on Friday, June 1, 2012.

Spring Semester 2012 Incompletes must have a grade by 12:00 Noon on Monday, July 2, 2012.
