Legal Research And Writing I & II (R)
The first year of the research and writing program focuses on:
- Developing familiarity with research materials including the development of an individualized research process;
- learning to use basic analytical skills to synthesize and apply legal rules; and
- Drafting accurate, complete, and concise research reports.
Second Semester: The second semester will continue to focus on expository writing and increasingly complex research assignments.
