General Instructions from the Registrar

Getting Help:

• The Registrar's Office staff will be available to help you with questions and problems from 8:00am to 4:30pm, Monday through Friday.
• Please do not hesitate to call if you are having problems.
• If the system does not let you in, check your Social Security Number and your Personal Identification Number(PIN) carefully to make sure you entered them correctly.
• If after two tries you still cannot access the system, inform the Registrar's Office.

Registration Holds:

• If you have a hold or holds on your registration, you will not be permitted to complete your registration until the hold has been removed by the initiating office.
• More than one office can place holds on your registration and no registration will be permitted until all holds are removed.
• Registration holds will prevent access to ZagWeb for registration, course changes, and grade inquiry.

Credit Limitations:

• ZagWeb will not allow you to register for more than 16 credit hours.
• Permission must be received in writing from the Associate Dean for Academic Affairs to register for more than 16 credit hours.
• That written permission must be presented to the Registrar's Office.

Course Restrictions:

• Some courses have prerequisites or other limitations and Zagweb may not allow you to register for those courses unless you meet the criteria.
• Zagweb will give you a message if you do not meet the course criteria and are barred from registering for the course.
