• UCC Law Listserv
  This is essentially a discussion board for legal issues involving the Uniform Commercial Code. Many of the practitioners and academics who helped draft the code regularly post responses to questions. It is a highly useful resource.
• ABI Listserv
  Provides daily updates on bankruptcy developments, including notice of major filings, important decisions, and current statistics.
• UCC Committee of ABA Listserv
  Members of the UCC Committee are automatically enrolled on the listserv and receive the electronic newsletter published three times each year by the UCC Committee and the Committee on Commercial Finance. There are also occasional postings about committee activities.
