The Commercial Law Center focuses on the pursuit of transactional law.

Professors Linda J. Rusch and Stephen L. Sepinuck, co-directors of the CLC, have developed strong connections between the world of the academy and the world of transactional law practice.

Professors Rusch and Sepinuck:

• Conduct high-quality continuing legal education programs for transactional lawyers
• Serve on numerous national boards and groups devoted to the improvement of commercial law codes and the practice of transactional law
• Helped in the reform of the law school curriculum to include more opportunities for students to gain expertise in the theory and practice of commercial law
• Produce scholarship that advances the understanding of the complexities of commercial law
